Independent living.
With an expanded vision brought on by the success of Little House, the Peninsula Volunteers sought to help seniors on limited incomes needing a place to live in a community of ever rising housing costs. Partridge-Kennedy Apartments and the award-winning Crane Place provide subsidized one-bedroom and studio apartments, with rent based on each individual's income which cannot exceed a specified amount each year.
These beautifully designed complexes offer independent living for low income seniors, single or married.
